PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly generate information on the presence or absence of an unauthorized act in an action on a network.SOLUTION: A generation device includes an acquisition part and a generation part. The acquisition part acquires a graph including a plurality of nodes corresponding to each of the subjects of the action on the network and an edge for connecting the nodes having a relation in the action. The generation part generates the information on the presence or absence of the unauthorized act in the action of the subject corresponding to each of the plurality of nodes on the basis of a learning result obtained by using the information on connection to the node to which the information on the unauthorized act is assigned among the plurality of nodes in the graph acquired by the acquisition part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
