PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a barrel toasting machine for toasting a barrel in order to obtain alcoholic drinks with good-tasting aged flavors by storing and aging them in the barrel and a method with the use of the method. SOLUTION: A toasting machine has a heater part 2 having a cylindrical heater 23 and a reflection plate 22 mounted on the back of the heater 23, a lift part 3 for moving the heater part 2 vertically, and a temperature controller part for controlling the temperature of the heater 23. Preferably, the heater part 2 has a disk-shaped punching plate in the bottom part, and the heater is a far infrared heater. |
