<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate time delay from beginning of rotation of a pick shaft up to beginning of rotation of a pickup roller and realize stable carry while insuring tension of a succeeding paper sheet by providing play on a pickup roller connected to a paper sheet loading base against a pick shaft in the rotating direction to restrain a paper sheet. SOLUTION: A paper sheet stack 8 loaded on a paper sheet loading base 7 is brought in contact with a pickup spring 2, and this pickup spring 2 presses a pickup roller 1 driven by a pick shaft 1a. The other pickup roller 3 driven by the other pick shaft 3a is pressed by a separation pad 4, and it receives a paper sheet 9 taken out from the paper sheet stack 8 by the pickup roller 1. A driving roller 5 driven by a driving shaft 5a is pressed by a driven roller 6, and both the rollers 5, 6 pinch the paper sheet 9 to carry it. The pickup roller 1 is combined with the pick shaft 1a having a fixed quantity of play set in the rotating direction, and after the pick shaft 1a begins to rotate, it begins to rotate at fixed time delay.</p> |
