<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an NC device for an integral plating support system to transfer bending performance information of a bent product decided by an operator of a bending machine on a job site for every time when the bent product is obtained. SOLUTION: After a controlling value of each of the shafts of a bending machine 6 is obtained based on the bending condition for every bending lines of a development graph Ai on a screen of a NC device, an operator on a job site manually corrects the controlling values of L, Y, Z shafts of a back gauge. After a work is bent by shifting each of the shafts with the controlling value after the correction, each difference (each of the corrected data) between the controlling value of each actual shaft and each shaft before the correction is obtained, and then the corrected data for every shafts are transferred to a master machine together with the bending condition and the ID of the bending machine.</p> |
