PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tire molding apparatus capable of molding a tire excellent in an appearance quality, by restraining swelling by air remaining between a bead member and a carcass.SOLUTION: A tire molding apparatus 10, which holds a green case 1 in which a bead member 2 is rolled by an end part in the width direction of a cylindrical carcass 5, comprises a bead lock shoe 18 for holding the green case 1 by abutting on the inside in the radial direction of the bead member 2 and a needle member 20 projecting outward in the radial direction from a surface abutting on the green case 1 in the bead lock shoe 18. The needle member 20 is inserted inside in the radial direction of the bead member 2 in response to a diametrical expansion of the bead lock shoe 18, and an exhaust hole 7 is bored for exhausting the air remaining between the carcass 5 and the bead member 2 to the outside. |
