PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a need of a spatter removal work in COwelding.SOLUTION: A method of the invention prevents occurrence of spatters by: setting a ring material 2 positioned at a tip of a bar 1, and the tip of the bar 1 positioned in between connection parts 5, 5a of the ring material 2; arranging tips of a pair of electrodes A, B in a projection welding machine to contact with outside surfaces of the connection parts 5, 5a of the ring material 2; electrifying the pair of electrodes A, B while pinching the connection parts 5, 5a from outside to inside with the pair of electrodes A, B to integrally melt contact parts between the bar 1 and the connection parts 5, 5a to form weld parts 6, 6a to enable integration of the ring material 2 to the bar 1 by welding. |
