Parallel bars for rehabilitating walking exercise having plate rotatable automatically within limited range is provided to allow a user to do the desired walking exercise without limitation of parallel bars' length, and to allow easy, safe, and convenient exercise without help of assistant. The parallel bars for rehabilitating walking exercise having plate rotatable automatically within limited range comprises: a floor part(10); a rotating plate inserting part; a rotating plate(21) inserted into the rotating plate inserting part, which is able to rotate and stop by 180 degrees at one time; a supporting part(31); a height adjustable vertical bar(32); a horizontal bar(33); an electric driving motor; and a controller.
