A foot bath apparatus using carbon fiber heat generation body and ocher balls is provided to get excellent heat generation effect, to avoid damage caused by electronic wave, to allow promoting metabolism and blood circulation by far infra red ray emitted in large quantity from the ocher balls, and to allow convenient, safe, and enjoyable foot bath. The foot bath apparatus using carbon fiber heat generation body and ocher balls comprises: an opening part(12); a leg receiving part(14); a foot bath container(10); a heat generation sheet(20) having a carbon fiber heat generation body(22); ocher balls(30) put into the bottom of foot bath container(10) under the heat generation sheet(20); and a control unit(40) having temperature controller(42).
