A mold-concrete composite beam is provided to reduce floor height effectively without influencing the safety of a structure, to resist the bending stress and compressive stress applied on a structure effectively, to exclude the additional fireproof covering or corrosion-resistant covering process for an H-beam and to place concrete effectively by having a mold. A mold-concrete composite beam contains: an H-beam(20) composed of an upper flange(21) and a lower flange(22) arranged in a row, and a web(23) connecting the upper and lower flanges with each other and having plural through holes to permeate concrete inward; reinforcing bars composed of stirrup bars(30) installed along the H-beam at regular intervals to cover up the lower flange of the H-beam, placer members(45) installed on both corners of the stirrup bar to place exposed bars, and plural tension/compression bars(70) arranged longitudinally to be buried under a concrete member or to be exposed outward without burying under the concrete member; a concrete member(40) formed along the H-beam to unify with the H-beam and to bury a portion of the lower flange and provided with a hollow to install one or more stud bars; a support(50) composed of a bracket to support a deck plate, and a buried member unified with the bracket and buried under the concrete member; and a mold(101) installed to both ends of the concrete member to be stripped off and composed of a rectangular bottom coupled to the bottom of the concrete member, and side walls coupled on both sides of the concrete member and attached with a deck plate support(140) to support a deck plate.
