<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper box for food which can be heated in a microwave oven while containing a refrigerated food therein, and is capable of preventing water coming from the refrigerated food from leaking outside. <P>SOLUTION: The paper box 1 for food is formed by erecting and pasting a blank sheet punched into a predetermined shape. The paper box 1 for food has a shape in which a top face opening and a bottom face opening of a cylindrical barrel portion 2 are covered by a top face flap 3 and a bottom face flap 4, and a water-receiving cup 10 is arranged close to an inner bottom part. The water-receiving cup 10 is formed of a thermoplastic resin-made sheet, and an outwardly developing part to be closely attached to an inner surface of the paper container 1 for food is provided on an edge.
