The candle is arranged in the candle plate that is integrated into the fuel material in the space occupied by the candle. The plate and the space occupied by the candle are in circle. The candle plate is arranged on the candle blank before applying a dipping layer of wax. Independent claims are included for: (1) candle plate; and (2) reinforcement device for a candle.
