PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for manufacturing a display device, which can form a light-emitting function layer (organic EL layer) with a uniform film thickness in nearly the whole area of a pixel formation region of display pixels, and to provide a method of manufacturing the display device using the manufacturing device. SOLUTION: A printer head comprises: a solution discharge part in which a nozzle for discharging and applying a material solution to a formation region of the display pixels is installed; and a solution heating part having a first solution heating part which is disposed in the vicinity of the solution discharge part and which heats the formation region of the display pixels before the material solution is applied by the solution discharge part, and a second solution heating part which is disposed in the vicinity of the solution discharge part and which heats the material solution in the formation region of the display pixels after the material solution is applied by the solution discharge part.
