PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control unit which relaxes stress occurring at a cover flange part and achieves downsizing and weight reduction.SOLUTION: A control unit includes: a metal base 10; a resin cover 20; and a circuit board 40 which is covered by the metal base and the resin cover, the circuit board on which electronic components are mounted. The base includes a base contact part 14A with which one surface of the circuit board contacts. The cover includes a cover contact part 25A with which the other surface of the circuit board contacts. The base contact part and the cover contact part sandwich the circuit board. The cover contact part includes an inclined surface on a surface facing the circuit board side. |
