PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve workability of fixing a wiper arm to a pivot shaft and arranging a hose in addition to reduction of excess length of the hose at the surrounding of the pivot axis.SOLUTION: In the surrounding of a pivot shaft 26, arranged is an annular part 146 of a hose joint 140 which is fitted to an arm body of a wiper arm. In the inside of the annular part 146, formed are a first flow channel and a second flow channel. And, at the base end side of a joint cover 18B of the hose joint 140, an arm side hose connection part 152 which a hose 40 of a first system and a hose 42 of a second system are connected to is formed integrally. Further, at the outer periphery part of the annular part 146, a first tank side hose connection part 158 and a second tank side hose connection part 160 which a first tank side hose 162 and a second tank side hose 164 are connected to are formed integrally. |
