摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively utilize resources of the entire system by reducing congestion of a server.SOLUTION: In an information processing system 1, a request processing server 10 accesses a distribution KVS server 50 storing data corresponding to a key in the case of receiving an access request including the key. Then, the request processing server 10 counts an access frequency being the number of received access requests for each key. A duplication management server 20 acquires the access frequency for each key from the request processing server 10, and determines the number of keys to be duplicated, corresponding to the access requests in the case where the acquired access frequency exceeds a predetermined threshold. Then, the duplication management server 20 creates key duplicates for the determined number, and allocates the created key duplicates to data to be stored in one distribution KVS server 50 among a plurality of distribution KVS servers 50 and corresponding to keys whose access frequency exceeds the threshold.
