One embodiment of the present invention provides a conductor with improved electrical properties. Another embodiment of the present invention provides a method for producing the conductor. The other embodiment of the present invention provides an electronic device comprising the conductor. The present invention relates to a conductor which comprises plural metal nanostructures and simultaneously satisfies 1.1 or lower of a Haze, 85% or higher of an optical transmittance at 550 nm, and 100 /sq. or lower of a surface resistance, and from which organic matters encircling each of the metal nanostructures are selectively removed. The present invention relates to an electronic device comprising the conductor, and to a method for producing the conductor comprising a step of preparing a conductive film comprising metal nanostructures and organic matters and a step of selectively removing the organic matters using cluster ion beam sputtering. Accordingly, the present invention is capable of improving electrical and optical properties of a conductor. |
