The present invention relates to an alarm device capable of independent installation and operation of pedestrian traffic lights capable of preventing an accident occurrence in a crosswalk by presenting an alert more easily to a pedestrian who is jaywalking a crosswalk and a vehicle driver who enters a crosswalk without notice through a camera unit which senses the color of a pedestrians signal and an alarm unit which outputs a warning signal. In particular, the present invention can be installed to be attached and detached independently to a pedestrian signal which is already installed in a pillar without a separate inconvenient wire work, and thus is excellent in compatibility with a pedestrian signal which is already installed in the pillar, and basically has a surveillance camera function, and thus can store image according to set values.
