The present invention relates to development of a nano-scaled agent for controlling cucumber anthrax using a liquid phase nano-conversion device. Particularly, the present invention relates to a method for preparing an eco-friendly antibacterial agent having a nanoparticle size (about 33 nm) and showing an excellent effect of controlling cucumber anthrax by mixing a plant extract (peppermint, cinnamon, peony roots, Ricinus communis L., Perilla frutescens, or the like) having an excellent sterilizing effect with canola oil used frequently as an eco-friendly agricultural chemical. The method according to the present invention is the first technology in the field of preparation of agricultural chemicals and is based on nano-conversion of liquid particles of a mixed solution containing natural plant having a strong antibacterial activity against cucumber anthrax with oil to maximize the effect of controlling cucumber anthrax. Thus, it is possible to prevent medicinal damage and medicinal wound, the weakest point of natural agricultural chemicals, to provide an excellent effect, and to obtain an eco-friendly agent for controlling cucumber anthrax. |
