Disclosed is a universal adjustable articulator, comprising an upper tooth cast installation base (1) and a lower tooth cast installation base (2), wherein an upper back-and-forth sliding rail (3) for adjusting the upper tooth cast installation base (1) to move back and forth is connected to a back surface of the upper tooth cast installation base (1), and a lower back-and-forth sliding rail (4) for adjusting the lower tooth cast installation base (2) to move back and forth is connected to a back surface of the lower tooth cast installation base (2); an adapter block (5) is provided on a rear end of the upper back-and-forth sliding rail (3), and the upper back-and-forth sliding rail (3) is connected to the adapter block (5) via a left-to-right swing adjustment mechanism through which the upper tooth cast installation base (1) can be adjusted to swing from left to right along with the upper back-and-forth sliding rail (3); and a vertical lifting adjustment mechanism (6) for adjusting the vertical distance between the upper tooth cast installation base (1) and the lower tooth cast installation base (2) is provided between the adapter block (5) and a rear end of the lower back-and-forth sliding rail (4). The upper tooth cast installation base (1) and the lower tooth cast installation base (2) can be adjusted relative to each other to move back and forth, swing from left to right, deflect to the left and to the right, move up and down, and so on, so as to adapt to the articulation of tooth casts of different specifications in order to facilitate reference during the trimming process. |
