PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water-in-oil type emulsion cosmetic that is excellent in temporal stability, has no stickiness, and has excellent spreading.SOLUTION: A water-in-oil type emulsion cosmetic comprises the following components (A)-(E): (A) 3-60 mass% of microparticulate metal oxide whose surface is treated with tri-alkoxyalkylsilane; (B) polyhydroxy stearic acid (but the formulation mass ratio of a component (A) and a component (B), (B)/(A), is 0.01-0.5); (C) 5-90 mass% of one or more kinds of non-silicone-based oil solutions selected from propylene glycol dicaprate, neopentylglycol dicaprate, isononyl isononanoic acid, isotridecyl isononanoic acid, 2-ethyl hexanoic acid cetyl, isododecane, isotetradecane, is hexadecane, and a liquid paraffin with a viscosity at 40°C of 11 mm2/s or less; (D) 0.1-10 mass% of polyoxyalkylene-alkyl covariant silicone with an HLB of 2-7 and/or polyglycerol alkyl covariant silicone with an HLB of 2-7; and (E) 10-70 mass% of an aqueous component.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
