PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an alloy powder for blending a sintered alloy having excellent abrasion resistance even under various environments hardly providing lubrication from an oxide film, and an abrasion resistant iron-based sintered alloy.SOLUTION: There is provided an alloy powder for blending a sintered alloy having sticking tendency with a hard intermetallic compound phase and a solid solution phase by adding Ni, B and Mn which are components capable of improving toughness. An abrasion resistant iron-based sintered alloy is an iron-based sintered alloy where the alloy powder for blending a sintered alloy is dispersed in a substrate and has a whole component composition containing an alloy powder consisting of 0.30 to 12.00 mass% of Nb, 0.64 to 25.60 mass% of Co, 0.06 to 2.40 mass% of Si, 0.6 to 1.0 mass% of C and Fe with inevitable impurities.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
