PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily manage a plurality of types of hypervisors and virtual machines started on the plurality of types of hypervisors.SOLUTION: When a start request is received from a user terminal, it is determined whether a type of virtual machines is KVM or Xen, on the basis of virtual machine type information (start) included in the start request. It is determined whether or not a number of virtual machines to be started exceeds a number of unstarted virtual machines, and if the number of virtual machines to be started exceeds the number of unstarted virtual machines, setting of KVM (Xen) hypervisor is determined to be performed to a physical server in a blank state. In the physical server to which the setting of the KVM (Xen) hypervisor is performed, virtual machines of KVM (Xen) are started on the basis of information about a number of started machines and priority information included in the start request. |
