PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing device configured to prevent lubricant applied on an inner surface of an endless belt member from reaching the outer surface, and to provide an image forming device including the same.SOLUTION: The fixing device includes: an endless belt member 371 that constitutes at least one of a heating member and a pressure member arranged so as to be in pressure contact with each other in a press-contact part through which a recording medium with an unfixed toner image held thereon passes; and a lubricant application member 391 divided into a lubricant application part 395 for applying lubricant onto the inner surface of the endless belt member 371, and lubricant collection parts 396, 397 arranged on both ends in a direction of crossing a moving direction of the endless belt member 371 of the lubricant application part 395 and collecting the lubricant from the inner surface of the endless belt member 371, to apply the lubricant onto the inner surface of the endless belt member 371. |
