This semiconductor laser oscillator is provided with laser diode modules (11m1 to 11mn). Temperature sensors (TS) detect directly or indirectly a temperature of at least one of the laser diode modules (11m1 to 11mn). A collimating lens (1102) collimates laser beams emitted from the laser diode modules (11m1 to 11mn). A grating (1103) performs spectral beam combining of the laser beams emitted from the collimating lens (1102). An incident-angle changing mechanism (a movement control unit 201 and drive units 202 and 203) changes incident angles at which the laser beams emitted from the collimating lens (1102) are incident on the grating (1103), according to the temperature detected by the temperature sensor (TS). |
