This comment analysis system is provided with: a behavior information acquisition unit 103 for acquiring behavior information indicating the behaviors of users of a community site; a user identification unit 104 for identifying, from among the users of the community site, users whose behaviors as indicated by the behavior information have changed; and a comment information extraction unit 105 for extracting, from a database 100, comment information which users with changed behaviors have reacted to as comment responders. By extracting comment information by users which other users with actual changes in behavior have reacted to on a community site, it is possible to not only extract comment information with large emotional values from the person making the comment but to also extract, for use in marketing, a broad range of comment information that provides some kind of factor that influences the behavior of users. |
