PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat insulating membrane structure restraining membrane performance and membrane strength from being spoiled in a process for forming a heat insulating membrane and having a smoothed surface.SOLUTION: A second heat insulating membrane 20 manufactured by an anodic oxidation treatment of both sides of pure Al foil having Al purity of 99.0% or more is arranged on a surface of a first heat insulating membrane 12 formed by the anodic oxidation treatment of a surface of a combustion chamber component 10 containing Al alloy (Al purity of less than 99.0%) as a base material. Then heat resistant adhesive is made to flow in from a space between these heat insulating membranes, heated and cured (intermediate layer 22). Since the second heat insulating membrane has low surface roughness Ra of around average 1.0 μm even in an un-polished state, polishing or the like for smoothing after adhesion of the second heat insulating membrane can be omitted. Also there can be provided a heat insulating membrane structure of which the surface is smoothed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6 |
