PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for molding a hollow product by which it is possible to obtain the hollow product per shot of a molding cycle and mold the product using even a low-priced standard injection machine. SOLUTION: This method for molding a hollow product comprises a molding step to mold a pair of half blow moldings A, A' with butt parts using a cavity side half 1, a first movable half 10a and a rotary part of a mold, an a forming step to obtain the hollow product by fitting the paired half blow moldings A, A' to each other with the butt parts the cavity side part 1 and a second movable half 10b and joining spots near the butt parts fitted together with an injected molten resin. Both molding step and forming step are performed all at once using the molten resin injected from a common sprue 4. |
