PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize the support of a yoke on the support side and to allow vibrations to concentrate on a load sensor even if the level of the yoke is set low. SOLUTION: A support made of a resilient material is coupled with the engine side, and a main liquid chamber for encapsulation of liquid is formed using this support as part of a bulkhead, and a solenoid actuator 27 moves a moving member 18 to change the capacity of the main liquid chamber. A yoke 28 receives vibrations from the support, liquid, etc., and an upper lid member 41 and lower lid member 42 are mounted on the undersurface of the yoke 28, and a load sensor 32 is interposed between approx. the center of the upper lid member 41 and the lower lid member 42, wherein the upper lid member 41 is equipped with an upper supporting part 41a to support around the periphery of the undersurface of the yoke 28 so that the upper lid member 41 does not support the yoke 28 elsewhere than the upper supporting part 41a, and the lower lid member 42 is equipped with a lower supporting part 42a to support the upper supporting part 41a while its downward displacement is admitted. |
