PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the taking of a rest by means of freely standing and sitting at a same place by fixing a chair to the waist by means of a belt, providing one leg and obtaining a three-point support system using user's own legs. SOLUTION: The chair is fixed to the waist by the belt 5 of a back plate 4. In this case, since the height of the waist is variable by person, a back plate fixing screw is loosened and the chair is fixed at a proper height by sliding on a support bar 3. Then, a free universal head fixing screw at the root of the leg 2 is loosened so that the leg is naturally drooped by its weight. At the time of sitting, the user sits down by three-point supporting with own legs and the chair leg extended from the seat plate 1 by balancing. At the time of standing-up, the user can stand-up as it is. The back seat is rotated and made to fall in accordance with the seat plate 1 and a string 7 with a recessed button, which is extended from the back plate, is fixed by the projecting button of a seat plate bottom surface front part for portable usage.
