The machine has a support shelf (40A, 40B) to support objects at a distance from a printing station (12). Object transferring devices (18, 20) have a manipulating arm (54) being articulated with respect to the shelf around a pivoting axis, and a gripper (56) being articulated with respect to the arm around a tilting axis. The pivoting axis defines a non-zero inclination angle lesser than 45 degree with respect to normal of the shelf.
