PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive film of high conductance and high translucency , and further, an electromagnetic wave shield film fine-line-patterned having both high EMI shielding property and high translucency, as well as a manufacturing method of a transmitting electromagnetic wave shield film and a conductive film capable of mass-producing a film at low cost without degrading electromagnetic shielding performance. SOLUTION: A photosensitive material having an emulsion layer containing silver salt and a protective layer in that order on a support body is exposed and treated with developing solution containing a mercapto compound of a specific structure to form a light-transmitting part, and this metal silver part is put under physical development and/or plating treatment to form a translucent electromagnetic wave shield film having the metal silver part carry conductive metal, as well as a conductive film conforming to the same, and the manufacturing method of these is provided.
