PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shield connector with reduction of the number of parts aimed at. SOLUTION: Both housings 10, 40 are initially insertion-coupled, and with a cam groove 33 on the inner periphery of a shield shell 30 and a cam follower 43 on the outer periphery of the equipment-side housing 40 in an engaged state, the shield shell 30 is made rotated against the both housings 10, 40, so that insertion coupling of the both housings is prompted. Since the shield shell 30 also has a function as a booster, the number of parts can be small, as in comparison with a case in which an exclusive member as a booster has to be provided. By insertion coupling of a non-circular guide protrusion 47 and a guide concave part 12, the both housings 10, 40 are positioned in a peripheral direction, so that a plurality of harness-side terminals 20 and a plurality of equipment-side terminals 50 can be properly connected.
