PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle display device in which it is not required that a clearance is provided between a lower part of a display part and a dash board when the display part is downwardly inclined from the state that it stands opposed to an equipment body. SOLUTION: A vertical direction change guide 12 continued to a horizontal direction guide 4 provided on a side of the equipment body 2 and guiding a first engagement part 7 in a vertical direction is formed, and a vertical direction guide 6 provided at a side of a front part of the equipment body 2 is formed. The first engagement part 7 is provided on a horizontal direction slide body 8, and the horizontal direction slide body 8 and a lower part of the display part 9 are turnably connected by a connection part 10. A second engagement part 11 is provided on an upper part of the display part 9, and the horizontal direction slide body 8 is moved from the horizontal direction to the vertical direction and is downwardly inclined while upwardly displacing the display part 9.
