PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive joint structure where the thermal stress of an adhered part by an adhesive is reduced, so as to prevent the breakdown of the adhesive by the thermal stress, further, heat storage in the adhesive is suppressed, so as to prevent the reduction of adhesive strength accompanying deterioration in the adhesive, the adhered part is made stably adherable with high strength, also, the use amount of the adhesive is reduced, so as to reduce material cost and further, the number of adhesion operations is reduced and operation cost can be reduced, and to provide a method for producing a cover for a vehicle. SOLUTION: Regarding the method for producing an adhered structure, a plurality of sheet materials are adhered using a weldbond adhesion process jointly using adhesion with an adhesive and spot welding, and, upon the adhesion with the adhesive, the adhesion faces of a plurality of the sheet materials are discontinuously coated with the adhesive at a prescribed pitch, and the sheet materials are adhered.
