PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a granulocyte debinding material that is of a high debinding rate of granulocyte and simultaneously achieves a high recovery of thrombocyte. SOLUTION: The granulocyte debinding material having a filter layer (A) consisting of a non-woven fabric with mean fiber diameter of 1μm or more to 3μm or less and a spacer layer (B) consisting of a non-woven cloth with mean fiber diameter of 7μm or more to 50μm or less, wherein the filter layer (A) and the spacer layer (B) alternately overlie, the number of lamination of the filter layer (A) and the spacer layer (B) are each 3 or more to 100 or less, and the mesh of the non-woven fabric in the filter layer (A) is within a scope of 1.0 to 3.5 g/m<SP>2</SP>.
