PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel injection module providing improved work efficiency and reduced assembly man-hours when the fuel injection module is attached to/detached from a cylinder head. SOLUTION: The fuel injection valve 4 has a stay 15 formed above a valve body 11, and a disc-like flange 16 formed above the stay 15. Four retaining brackets 24 are projected sideways from a delivery pipe 5, and an approximately U-shaped notch 25 used for retaining the injection valve is formed in one end side of each retaining bracket. The thickness of each retaining bracket 24 is set significantly smaller than a clearance between the stay 15 and the flange 16 in the fuel injection valve 4. The notch 25 is set to such a size that the fuel injection valve 4 can be moved by a predetermined amount in a direction perpendicular to a shaft. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
