PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink plate which is capable of printing on a substrate a mesh-like resist layer or a mesh-like conductive layer having almost right angles and a symmetrical shape at a crossing part when used for the production of an electromagnetic wave shielding layer, and also to provide a filter for a display device and a photo-conductor drum. SOLUTION: A ink plate 20 with ink is used for printing a mesh-like resist layer 16 or a mesh-like conductive layer 17 on a substrate 11 with ink in order to produce an electromagnetic wave shielding layer 12. On the surface of the ink plate 20, many strips 22A, 22B which are crossing each other and forming a mesh-like portion 21 are formed. A shape at a crossing point 23 of strips 22A, 22B is formed so as to be smaller than that at the corresponding crossing point 18 of a mesh-like resist layer 16 or a mesh-like conductive layer 17 by correction.
