PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve an effect of awakening a driver and to improve a drowsy driving-preventing effect. SOLUTION: It is determined, on the basis of a vigilance detected by a vigilance detection part 101, whether to require the output of an alarm sound to the driver by means of a speaker 103. When it is determined to require the output of the alarm sound to the driver, the alarm sound is outputted to the driver by means of the speaker 103.
