PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide electronic equipment and a content share system for receiving and erasing content by electronic equipment itself, and for sharing content with an information processor. SOLUTION: The content management application of an information processor starts synchronization by connecting electronic equipment through a USB cable to the information processor (S1); acquires content list data from the electronic equipment (S2), compares the content list data of the electronic equipment with the content list data of the information processor, and confirms respective insufficient content (S3), copies the insufficient content data (S4), erases the content data to which an erasure flag has been attached among the content of the electronic equipment (S5), and sets the synchronization flag of the content to which the erasure flag has been attached to "No" in a PC2 (S6).
