Provided is a color filter array. The color filter array according to the embodiment of the present invention may include first pixels which transmit wavelengths of a visible ray range; second pixels which transmit wavelengths of a first range in the visible ray range; third pixels which transmit wavelengths of a second range in the visible ray range; and a plurality of crosstalk detection pixels which include a first half pixel transmitting some of the wavelengths of the first range in the visible ray range and a second half pixel transmitting some of the wavelengths of the second range in the visible ray range. So, sensitivity and color reproduction characteristic can be improved.
