发明名称 SYNTHETIC RECONSTRUCTION METHOD OF OCCLUDED REGION ON 3-DIMENSIONAL STOCKPILE MODEL
摘要 A method to reconstruct an occluded region on a 3-dimensional (3D) stockpile model is provided to reconstruct the 3D stockpile model by scanning a stockpile stacked with minerals such as coal or iron ore in a stacking field. The objective of the present invention is to reconstruct a 3D model similar to an actual stockpile by distinguishing a 3D scan data of the stockpile into an inclined surface and a floor surface, and by synthesizing an additional coordinate point of the occluded region considering a symmetric region and an asymmetric region for the floor surface. According to the present invention, the method comprises: a step of determining whether there is inconsistency on the floor surface in 3D scan data; a step of creating a 3D asymmetrical synthetic data of the occluded region caused by the inconsistency, in case the inconsistent region is determined for the floor surface; a step of creating 3D symmetrical synthetic data of the symmetric regions of the floor surface and the inclined surface excluding the inconsistent region; and a step of computing an entire 3D stockpile model by integrating the 3D scan data, the 3D asymmetrical synthetic data, and the 3D symmetrical synthetic data upon finishing the scanning by the scanning system.
