Disclosed are a network-based toddler tracking method and a device thereof. The network-based toddler tracking method includes: a step in which a repeater broadcasts a location detection signal; a step in which the repeater receives a response signal regarding the location detection signal from a tag corresponding to a toddler; and a step in which the repeater transmits a response signal to an administrator terminal. The administrator terminal can determine toddler location information based on the response signal.
