Disclosed is a vibration spot welding device. According to an embodiment of the present invention, a vibration spot welding device comprises: a base frame installed in a working area; a mounting frame of which a rear part is mounted on a front part of the base frame, including a backup tip coming in contact with one surface of a welding unit of a material on a front end; a sliding block installed to slide on a top of the base frame corresponding to the backup tip; a pin guider fixated to a front side of the sliding block; a cap tip mounted on a leading end of the pin guider; a first vibration pin formed to reciprocate inside a cap tip and the pin guider to allow a leading end to influence the welding unit by penetrating through the cap tip while being inserted inside the pin guider; a second vibration pin formed to reciprocate inside the first vibration pin to allow a leading end to influence the welding unit by penetrating through a center of the first vibration pin; and a vibration cylinder formed on a rear side of the sliding block, having a vibration shaft repeatedly moving forwards and backwards connected to a second vibration pin. The purpose of the present invention is to provide the vibration spot welding device capable of reducing time required for welding, and improving a joining force of the welding unit.
