Provided is an edge mask of a horizontal cell electric plating device formed into a structure capable of discharging a plating solution between a top surface of the edge mask and the underside of an upper plating electrode or/and between the underside of the edge mask and a lower plating electrode by including a groove unit recessed to cover the edge of a steel sheet in a surface facing the edge of the steel sheet in order to position the edge mask in a central part of a horizontal cell using a flow of the plating solution and multiple discharge passages connected to the groove unit and discharging the plating solution along the groove unit. An outlet of the discharge passage is formed in the top surface of the edge mask or/and the underside of the edge mask coming into contact with the lower plating electrode.
