The purpose of the present invention is to provide a color conversion filter having a high color rendering which maintains a high color rendering of a halogen lamp and simultaneously converts lights into lights of which the color temperature is similar to sun lights, and a white balance light source unit comprising the same. The present invention comprises: a color conversion filter having a high color rendering; and a white balance light source unit having the same. The color conversion filter having a high color rendering according to the present invention is placed on the front of a halogen lamp such that lights of the halogen lamp has a color rendition (Ra) equal to or more than 95, and the color temperature is converted into 4,500 to 6,500K. |
