The present invention provides an air guide apparatus for an induction motor which improves a structure of an air guide member with a new type such that air is induced to a stator and a rotor regardless of a flowing direction of the air, and improves work efficiency and workability by an assembly type of the improved air guide member. The induction motor comprises: a shaft combined by penetrating the inside of a housing; the rotor which is combined with the outer circumferential surface of the shaft and rotates the shaft; a stator provided on the outer circumferential surface of the rotor; stator coil end units which are formed on both ends of the stator, respectively; and an air flowing grill unit which is formed on a lateral or upper surface of the housing and receives external air to cool down the rotor and the stator. The air guide apparatus for an induction motor comprises: an outer surface unit which is located on the perimeter of the outer circumferential surface of the stator coil end unit in order to induce air inputted from the lateral surface of the housing and from the upper surface of the housing to the rotator and the stator; an inner surface unit which is located on the perimeter of the inner circumferential surface of the stator coil end unit; and a curve surface unit which connects the outer surface unit to the inner surface unit and is formed with a curvature. In both of the inner surface units of the housing, the air guide members are placed and fixed respectively. |
