The present invention provides a method to manufacture an external thin plate shaping member for an ultra-lightweight sandwich steel plate and the sandwich steel plate using hot press forming (HPF) and the sandwich steel plate. According to the present invention, the method of manufacturing the external thin plate shaping member for the ultra-lightweight sandwich steel plate using HPF, comprises: a process of arranging a hot-rolled steel sheet with a thickness of 1 mm or less; a process of manufacturing a cold-rolled steel sheet with a thickness of 0.7 mm or less by cold-rolling the hot-rolled steel sheet; and a process of raising a temperature of the steel sheet, inserting the steel sheet with the raised temperature to a mold to hot-press, and rapidly cool at the same time to make 80% or more of an internal organization be martensite in order to manufacture a HPF shaping member. |
