The present invention provides a low refractive index hard coat film having an anti-smudge function, which is a stack film including a base film of a polymer material and a low reflective index hard coat layer formed on at least one surface of the base film. The hard coat layer is formed from a thermosetting resin composition, the thickness of the hard coat layer is formed to be less than or equal to 5 μm, when the hardness of the hard coat layer is measured using a pencil hardness measurement method, the hard coat layer has characteristics of H or more at a weight of 1 kg, and prevents smudges from being generated even after a reliability test at a temperature of 85°C/a relative humidity of 85%. According to the present invention, the low refractive hard coat film can be hardened at a high rate, can improve light transmitting properties, and can prevent smudges from being generated on the surface thereof after a reliability test thereof under high-temperature and high-humidity conditions. |
