Disclosed are a method for performing communication by a UE belonging to a first PLMN and a UE, the method comprising: receiving, from a serving RSU belonging to the first PLMN, information indicating whether V2X data of different PLMNs are exchanged by a network; when the V2X data are exchanged by the network, receiving, from the serving RSU, V2X data of a second PLMN to which the UE does not belong; and when the V2X data are not exchanged by the network, receiving information on a frequency band of the second PLMN through the serving RSU, and receiving the V2X data of the second PLMN from a network node belonging to the second PLMN, using the information on the frequency band. |
