The present invention relates to a beam penetration-type column coupling unit capable of forming a column and beam coupling part in a moment connection and having a simplified detail of coupling part by mutually connecting adjacent beam members by penetrating the column frame member to a lower portion of the steel plate assembling beam in the column and beam coupling part, and a method of simultaneously constructing upper and lower parts of a building. The beam penetration-type column coupling unit comprises: a column frame member which includes a plurality of shaped steel materials positioned at each edge of a concrete column to be separated from a column surface at a predetermined distance to form a steel reinforced concrete column and a lattice member mutually connecting the shaped steel materials in a horizontal direction; and a steel plate assembling beam which includes a lower flange forming a steel reinforced concrete beam in which concrete is poured, and a pair of webs vertically coupled to the top of both ends of the lower flange. The shaped steel material of the column frame member protrudes upward from an upper portion of the column to a predetermined length and has a through part formed at a lower flange of the steel plate assembling beam so that the shaped steel material passes therethrough. |
